Review plans & specs to identify project takeoff requirements.
Highlight all RJT related items for checkoff.
Identify plan sheets to upload into On Screen Takeoff (OST).
Create OST project.
Perform takeoff complete – organized by RJ Tide structure.
Create takeoff summary spreadsheet.
Copy & paste takeoff from OST.
Create blank estimate / save as from old estimate and zero out or use template.
Review estimate items to identify needed activities and/or create new activities if necessary.
Filter estimate to view required activities only.
Input takeoff quantities onto estimate.
Make 1st pass at productions & material pricing. Material pricing to be verified in red.
Review estimate with field input.
Finalize productions and material pricing.
Obtain contract / begin project startup procedures.
